The Charge

Statement of the Matter

You already know how this goes.

You bought something on a premise you couldn't fully explain, to yourself or anyone else. The chart moved on information you were never issued. Support vanished the exact moment you needed it, and the people who'd set the terms were never named, never elected, and never in the room to answer for it. When you asked what happened, the answer always had the same shape: technically, nothing went wrong. And also, everything did.

That feeling has a name older than the industry currently taking credit for it. A century before token launches existed, Kafka described a system that judges you by rules it declines to publish, administered by an authority that never appears in person to explain itself. Swap the court for the whales, the law for the roadmap — the fit stops being a metaphor.

Most projects either pretend this isn't true, or turn it into the whole joke and stop there. We're doing the less comfortable thing: naming it on the record, and then building past it — with structure, not slogans.

That starts with opening the file. Dev wallet holds 5% — public, labeled, on-chain — and it burns on the way up: 1% at $100K, 1% at $500K, 1% at $1M, 1% at $5M, and the last 1% at $10M. By the time this thing is established, the dev bag is zero. Mint authority renounced. Liquidity burned — not locked, burned, permanently, verifiable on-chain. No pre-sale, no private allocation, no OTC handshake. Launched on the same bonding curve as everyone else — no back doors, no head starts. The system that judged you in the dark operates in daylight here.

Then: revenue that isn't printed from nothing. Half of all creator fees go to The Castle's weekly winner — paid in USDC, not $KAFKA, so the winner never becomes sell pressure. The other half goes to treasury for buybacks and burns. The supply shrinks. That's not a promise about price — it's math. Only $KAFKA holders can compete. What happens next is still on you, same as always.

Proceedings

PHASE ONE
Before the Law

A man waits his whole life at a door built only for him. The gatekeeper never lets him through — in the parable, that was always the point. In this market the door always opens for someone else first. Ours opened at the same time, at the same price, for everyone. No pre-sale. No insiders. The gate is behind us.

PHASE TWO
The Trial

Josef K. is arrested for a crime nobody will name, and spends the whole book trying to get a straight answer from a system built never to give one. You're in that room now — except this time you can read the ledger, name the wallets, and watch every move in real time. Dev wallet public and labeled — burning 1% at each market cap milestone until the bag hits zero. Burn receipts are on-chain. The appeal is open — read it yourself.

PHASE THREE
The Castle

K. spends an entire novel trying to reach an authority that never answers him. We built that pursuit as a game — the castle never gets closer, because that's how the old system works. Play it, compete on the leaderboard. Unlike the novel, The Castle pays out: each week's winner takes half the creator fees in USDC. The other half goes to treasury. Only $KAFKA holders compete.

PHASE FOUR
The Metamorphosis

Gregor wakes up changed, and everyone around him adjusts — somehow the most disturbing part of the whole book. This phase is the hand-off: control moves from one wallet to token-weighted voting through Realms DAO — every holder gets a vote proportional to what they hold, not who they know. Not sealed — scheduled.

Terms of the Appeal

What we owe you, on the record.

Mint authority renounced. Liquidity burned — permanently. Dev wallet holds 5%, labeled and public, burning 1% at each MC milestone until zero. Half of all creator fees pay The Castle's weekly winner in USDC — the other half to treasury for buybacks and burns. Only holders compete. Decisions eventually made by holder vote, not by title. These aren't promises in a group chat — they're conditions verifiable on-chain, right now. The file is open. Read it yourself.
